For student withdrawal or transfer, please follow the process below and ensure all academic and fee
formalities are completed.
This helps us issue the Transfer Certificate without delays.

Withdrawal Process Steps

01
A written application from the parent/guardian is required for withdrawal.

One month's prior notice or fee in lieu is mandatory.
STEP
03
All dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
STEP
04
TC is issued within 7 working days of completing the withdrawal process.
STEP
05
In case of mid-session withdrawal, the full term's fee is payable.
STEP
06
Original documents submitted at the time of admission will be returned upon withdrawal.

- Fee clearance proof
- Parent identity proof copy
- Student ID card (if issued)
