Admission Guidelines – HS Global Academy

• Merit-Based Admission:
  Admissions are granted strictly based on merit. Every student is evaluated to ensure they meet the academic standards and eligibility criteria set by the school before admission is confirmed.

• Proof of Date of Birth:
  For first-time admissions, it is mandatory to provide valid proof of the child’s date of birth. This document is essential to verify the correct age and eligibility for the desired class.

• Class Eligibility and Strict Adherence:
  We strictly adhere to the rule that admissions are granted only for the class the student is eligible for, based on age and academic performance. No exceptions are made in terms of eligibility, ensuring that students are placed in the appropriate grade.

• No Class Jumping Policy:
  At HS Global Academy, we do not allow students to skip any standard or class. Promotions and advancements are based on academic performance and progression through the curriculum, ensuring that every student receives a thorough and complete learning experience.

• Transfer Certificate Requirement:
  A transfer certificate (TC) is compulsory for students seeking admission in any class after changing schools. This certificate validates the previous academic records and ensures a smooth transition for the student.

• Parent-Principal Interaction:
  As part of the admission process, it is mandatory for parents or guardians to meet with the Principal during the interview. This interaction helps the school understand the student better and allows parents to gain insights into the school’s values, expectations, and educational approach.
